What are your Mahjong tiles made of?
Our tiles are made from high-quality acrylic, crafted for durability and a premium feel. Each tile measures 37mm and weighs 27g.
How do acrylic tiles compare to traditional tiles?
Acrylic tiles are lightweight, resistant to chipping, and maintain their appearance over time. They offer a modern, sleek look while retaining the satisfying weight of a quality tile.
Do you sell full sets?

What engraving options are available?
We offer two engraving options:
- American Numbering – Tiles are engraved with American-style numbering for easy identification.
- Personalize Tile – Add a personal touch with custom engraving on selected tiles.
How is the engraving done?
All engraving is done via precision laser engraving, ensuring clean, permanent, and detailed results directly onto the acrylic surface.
Can I preview my personalized engraving before it's made?
Please contact us before placing your order if you'd like to discuss your personalization. We're happy to help ensure you get exactly what you're looking for.
Are engraved tiles eligible for returns?
Personalized and engraved tiles are made to order and are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
🚚 Shipping Times & Costs
Where do you ship from?
We ship internationally from Singapore.
What are the shipping times for Singapore orders?
1–2 business days. We can expedite your parcel by one day. Please contact us via WhatsApp and we can arrange accordingly.
How long does international shipping take?
Southeast Asia: 2–4 business days; Rest of World: 5–10 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Are there any customs duties or taxes for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
🧼 Care Instructions for Acrylic Tiles
How do I clean my acrylic tiles?
Wipe tiles with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or solvents (such as acetone or alcohol-based cleaners) as these can scratch or cloud the acrylic surface.
How should I store my tiles?
Store your tiles in the provided case or a soft pouch to prevent scratching. Keep them away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to maintain their colour and finish.
Can the engraving fade over time?
Laser engraving is permanent and will not fade with normal use. Avoid abrasive cleaning to keep the engraved areas looking sharp.

Can I customize my tile set?
Yes! We offer personalization options including custom engraving. Select the Personalize Tile option when ordering, or contact us to discuss bespoke requests.
Can I order tiles as a gift?
Absolutely — our tiles make a wonderful gift! Contact us if you'd like to include a gift message or discuss gift packaging options.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we welcome bulk and corporate enquiries. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your requirements and pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout (which may include PayNow, PayLah!, and other options depending on your location). We do not accept COD for local customers.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
